Tall Oaks is a community based residential facility dedicated to personalised assistance, supportive services, and health care in a professionally managed group living environment.
We believe that for those who cannot live alone, this combination of housing, health care, and assistance expands a resident’s ability to live dignified, meaningful lives.
It is our goal to provide an environment to enable maximum independence and dignity for each resident, emphasising care that is dignified to meet each individuals own needs.
At Tall Oaks of West Allis, our residents are members who cannot live alone but do not require 24-hour skilled care.
Assisted living is a residence for older people or people with disabilities who require help with some of the routines of daily living as well as access to medical care when needed. Such people, or their families, may choose assisted living facilities so that professional help is on hand. Assisted living residents may require ongoing medical care as well as trained nursing services.
